Porsche advisor: I’ve been chosen for the Porsche Italy Connect Store (Smart Mobility) support but I have been enrolled for Porsche Italy’s general contact centre, whose duties were answering emails and calls from customers, prospects, fans. Eventually I had to report and escalate the issue to the Porsche Italy Customer Commitment Team located at the Padua headquarter.

Apple advisor: Tier1 and then Tier 2 phone advisor for Apple iTunes and App Store’s customers for accounting and billing issues: as Tier2 I was in charge of supporting Tier1 advisors, continue the case with the customers till the solution, submit RTA (request of technical assistance) to Apple engineers. I was Tier 1 phone advisor for Apple iPhone, iPad, Airpods, Watch, iCloud. The tools I used to better support customers were screen sharing, remote diagnosis.

Country manager: I was responsible for the italian branch of Newspress and for uploading on the media site http://www.newspressitalia.com press releases, photos, videos for Ford Italy, Nissan Italy, Maserati, Polestar and I had to support the Maserati PR department in Modena with the management of their own media site www.media.maserati.com.

Jaguar eXpErt: I took customers onboard the Jaguar XE for a test drive, explaining the dynamic features and advantages in comparison to competitors and eventually introduced customers to a salesman. I have been supporting the Concierge’s activities: phone calls to customers, invitations for XE and XF’s showcase, presence at local events.
